Really good deal for what you pay and the delivery was super fast.

Awesome prices, fast delivery, and excellent customer support.

Displayed as available. I placed my order on January 25th with next day delivery since I needed the items fast. A tracking number was sent my way. After that, silence. On January 27th, I was informed that the items were actually out of stock but would arrive in a few days. I requested to cancel my order and get a refund. No response came, and it wasn’t processed. I sent another message on February 1st, but still no reply. As of February 5th, I’m still waiting for my items or my money back. I’ve even opened a case through PayPal, but there’s been no word on that either. This has been a really frustrating experience.

Solid value, though it might be nicer if it came in two 12.5 kilo bags. But honestly, no issues here.

I've had great service before and have told all my pals about it. But this last order? It got sent to the wrong place. Royal Mail mentioned the last two digits of the postcode were off, and they couldn't do anything about it. When I called the supplier, they were pretty dismissive too, saying it was my fault and that they wouldn't help. I spent £60 from my pension, and now I've got nothing to show for it. Thanks a lot, Superpet. You definitely weren't super this time around, and I reckon this will be the last. Clearly, customer care isn't a big deal for you.

I’m still waiting for my order even though I got an email on 10/01/23 saying it was sent out and included a tracking number. Haven't heard a peep from the company about any hold-ups. When I reached out, the reply was pretty rude, saying '...as mentioned these are on back order'. Here we are on 25/01/23, and there's still no update or choices provided. Really disappointing customer service.

Plus, their prices beat those of other retailers, and you get better deals when you purchase in larger quantities. You can rack up points pretty fast as well.
